In May 2002, we won the Australian Human Resources Institute Award for Excellence in the medium sized business category. This award recognised the contribution of our people and the vital role people play in a firm's ultimate success. The judges acknowledged us for many of our Human Resource and Learning and Development programs including:
- our people management practices - career planning, defined competencies, emphasis on ongoing learning and development, and performance review processes and learning contracts;

our preferred employer initiatives - flexible work arrangements, a healthy life program - comprising regular massages, yoga, fruit with morning tea, time in lieu, and emphasis on internal promotion;

Pitcher Partners is an association of independent firms located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. All four firms are also members of Baker Tilly International, an Australia wide and global network of like-minded independent firms who all believe in providing exceptional client service. This makes the overseas exposure and opportunities very real and our secondment program continues to grow.
